USC BANDS/AUXILIARY/ORCHESTRA WINTER 2012 HOAGIE SALE

This is one of your last opportunities to earn money for this year’s trip!!!!

4 VARIETIES:         MEAT, TURKEY, CHEESE AND TUNA

PRICE:                   $6.00 EACH  Checks are made payable to USC Band Parents Assoc. or USCBPA.  Money contributions may be accepted in place of or in addition to a hoagie order.

By 6:00pm in the cooler at the Vespa’s – 1600 Hollow Tree Drive (412-831-2229).  Optional: A cooler will be outside my front door after January 9, and you can turn your orders in early and place in the cooler.  Payment should include only 1 check for your total orders made out to USCBPA – absolutely no cash should be turned in with your order!  Use the attached form to record your orders.  Fill in the bottom tear-off strip, completed with your name, phone number and totals, and turn in only the strip with payment in full. 

Keep the top portion for your deliveries.

HOAGIE MAKING: USC High School Nutrition Center.  All parents and students are needed to make hoagies on JANUARY  21, starting at 5:30 AM for bagging lettuce and tomatoes & prepping meat & cheese trays, with assembly starting at 6:30 AM.

DELIVERY DATE: SATURDAY, JANUARY 21, 2012. 
                           ALL HOAGIES MUST BE DELIVERED TO YOUR CUSTOMERS IMMEDIATELY.

PICK-UP TIME:     9:00-10:00 AM IN USC HIGH SCHOOL CAFETERIA.   Hoagies must be picked up by 10:00 AM, or a 20% penalty will be assessed to the student’s incentive account.  Students or parents picking up orders must count and sign for all orders before leaving the cafeteria.  No orders will be distributed before all hoagies have been assembled.  Depending on availability, there may be extra hoagies available for sale, but that cannot be determined until all orders are picked up.  Please be on time for pick-up! 

SELLING POINTS: Delivery is on NFL Football playoff Saturday – order hoagies to eat during the game!  We make quality hoagies.  Meat hoagies contain hard salami, cappacola, baked ham, and provolone cheese.  Turkey hoagies have turkey and provolone cheese.  Cheese hoagies contain American, Swiss, and provolone cheeses.  All hoagies come with lettuce and tomato in a separate baggy and all, but the tuna hoagies, come with a packet of salad dressing.  The hoagies, except for tuna, can be frozen for up to 2 months.  They are delicious when heated @ 350 ° for 5 – 10 minutes.

I INCENTIVES:        To trip fund: $1.00 per Hoagie for 25 or less sold;$1.15 per Hoagie for 26 – 50 sold;$1.25 per Hoagie for more than 50 sold.

 SELL 5 HOAGIES SO YOU RECEIVE AN HOURLY WAGE FOR MAKING HOAGIES.
