Luminaria Sale and Delivery

The Upper St. Clair Band Parents Association sells and distributes Luminaria kits the second Saturday of December. Students do not solicit orders for Luminaria. Order forms are published in USC Today magazine and other publications and sent home with USC students. Delivery day is Saturday, December 8th.

Kits include twelve long-burning candles, bags, and sand. Each kit costs $8.00, and all proceeds from the sale benefit the band, orchestra, and choral students.

High School Music Department students and parents work together to prepare and deliver the kits. Students earn funds for their annual spring competition trips by helping with assembly and delivery, as well as filling the sand bags.   The luminaria assembly times are as follows:

·         Thursday, December 6: 

                                    3 - 5 pm, adults & students

                                    6 - 8 pm, adults & students

·         Friday, December 7:     

                                    9:30 – 11:30 am, adults

                                    12 - 2 pm, adults

                                    3 - 5 pm, adults & students 

                                    6 – 8 pm, adults & students

Delivery will be on Saturday, December 8, 8am- 12 noon (we need both students & parents to help!).

Orders may be placed by completing and mailing the form below. Kits will also be available for sale at the USC Recreation Center, McLaughlin Run Road, from 8:00 AM until 11:00 AM on Saturday, December 8th, while supplies last. Thank you for your support of this annual project!
