USED INSTRUMENTS

Are you interested in buying or selling a used musical instrument? Are you interested in upgrading to a better instrument or maybe your student needs a second instrument for marching band?

The USCBPA has a free service to match buyers and sellers of instruments that are in good condition. Audrey Szucs chairs the Used Instrument Committee. Sellers and Buyers should follow these instructions to take advantage of this service:

Sellers:

1.      Prepare a listing description for the instrument you wish to offer for sale. Include the type of instrument (violin, trumpet, etc.), make, age, condition, asking price and other pertinent information.

2.      Contact Mrs. Szucs or email the listing to her.

3.      After successfully selling your instrument, please update Mrs. Szucs as soon as possible so she can update the registry of instruments available.

Buyers:

1.      All descriptions are listed at http://www.uscbpa.org/uscbpa_usedinstruments.html.

2.      After identifying instruments you may wish to buy, contact Mrs. Szucs. She will provide additional information and supply you the full contact information for the seller.
