Concession Stand:
THE CONCESSION STAND NEEDS YOU –
AND IT CAN BE FUN!!
ATTENTION ALL PARENTS OF MARCHING
BAND, AUXILLIARY, ORCHESTRA, CONCERT BAND, JAZZ,
WIND SYMPHONY, AND WIND ENSEMBLE
STUDENTS!!
COME MAKE NEW FRIENDS! HAVE FUN!
Every student in the instrumental program benefits from the
income generated from concession sales. Funds are used to purchase necessary
equipment and supplies and to provide the subsidy portion of trip costs. We
ask that each family volunteer one adult to work at least one football game
or two soccer games. An early contingent of 5 people is needed to set up at
5:30 pm for football games and most soccer games. The remainder of the crew
is needed for 6:45 p.m. With sufficient help the early crew can leave after
the half-time rush.
Please support this volunteer initiative. Look for the
Concession Stand volunteer table at Parents Salute Night.

Parents Salute Night. Bring your calendar so you can sign up to chaperone for
the upcoming football season and for the festivals and parades. We rely
