Fall Hoagie Sale
ATTENTION MARCHING BAND
& AUXILIARY GROUPS, CONCERT BAND & WIND SYMPHONY &
WIND ENSEMBLE, ALL JAZZ GROUPS AND ORCHESTRA!!
Selling hoagies is a great way to earn
money for your trip incentive account!
The annual Fall Hoagie Sale will run from September 9th through
September 23rd. Hoagies will be made
and delivered on Saturday, September 27th.
The sale will include 3 hoagie choices - Meat,
Turkey and Cheese - at a cost of $6.00 each. The meat hoagies are made with ham, salami,
cappacola & provolone cheese. The
turkey hoagies contain turkey & provolone cheese. The cheese hoagies contain American, Swiss
& provolone cheeses. All hoagies come with lettuce & tomato
in a separate baggy and packets of salad dressing.
Band members will be paid for every hoagie they
sell and for working during the assembly of the hoagies (credit for assembly
work is given only if the student has sold 5 hoagies). We also need & count on help from
parents!
Tuesday,
September 9th – Order forms and instruction sheets will be distributed
during marching band practice. Extra
copies will be available in the band room.
IF YOU ARE NOT IN MARCHING BAND, PLEASE PICK UP THE HOAGIE FORMS
IN THE BAND ROOM SO THAT YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN THIS FUNDRAISER!
Tuesday, September 23rd – Orders and money are
due before school, outside of the band room from 7:00 – 7:30 A.M. or to Bill
Roger’s home at 1277 Greystone Drive no later than 6:00 P.M. (late orders will not be accepted!!). Payments should include CHECKS ONLY made
out to Upper St. Clair Band Parents Assoc. or USCBPA – absolutely no cash
should be turned in with your order.

September 27
– Hoagie making starts in the high school cafeteria at 5:30 A.M. Coffee, doughnuts & other beverages
will be provided for all workers. TO
AVOID PENALTY, ALL HOAGIES MUST BE PICKED UP BY 10:00 A.M.
